STEP 2
Set your goals
Atopic dermatitis (AD), the most common form of eczema, can stop you from doing simple everyday things, like taking a shower without pain, or sleeping through the night undisturbed.
Being clear on what you want to achieve can help you shape the conversation with your doctor.
Nothing is more powerful than self-belief; set your goals and begin with talking to your doctor.
We recommend that you consult understand the impact of your eczema, if you haven’t done so already, before starting Steps 2 and 3.
Goal Writing Assistant
Sharing clear goals with your doctor can help them to recommend different management options. Goals can also keep you motivated and help you celebrate the small wins when things get hard.
The Goal Writing Assistant is here to help you define these goals.
Persistence is key
It can be tempting to stop seeking help all together, especially if previous approaches haven’t been as successful as you hoped, but it’s important that you keep persisting.
